I believe all women deserve, and are worthy of support, education, and all resources available to them during this special time. Each pregnancy and birth is unique. I am here to help you achieve your best birth experience.

Pregnancy support and rescources
As your birth doula, I offer unwavering support and guidance during your pregnancy. With two prenatal appointments, I’m here to answer your questions and offer resources to make your pregnancy journey as seamless as possible. I will teach you comfort measures to provide relief, so you can stay present and relaxed throughout the process.
Childbirth support
During your labor and childbirth, I will be there to provide you with care, support, and advocacy. I will be by your side throughout your labor and childbirth journey, helping you to stay calm, and informed. I will also assist your partner to make sure they have breaks to meet their personal needs, are comfortable, and feel included in this amazing expereice.
Postpartum visit
The postpartum visit is designed to provide you with the support you need during the first few weeks of your baby's arrival. I will schedule a visit to check in on your adjustment to parenthood, breastfeeding, and infant care. I will also offer resources and assistance to help you through any challenges you may be facing.

Hello! I'm Jennifer, a mother of two, and a passionate certified birth doula. I provide comprehensive pregnancy, labor, and immediate postpartum support to expecting mothers in the Charleston, SC area. My role is also to act as an advocate for the birthing woman and her family.
